    Worst Visit Ever!!!

I visited the Hometown Urgent Care in Miamisburg Ohio as I have done in the past. This was the worst visit I every received. The doctor just came in, talked with me then told me to see a family doctor or emergency room, if I did not feel better in 2 - 5 days. I had already told her that this was my 6th day of discomfort. She did not ask me to get on table to check me or ask for a sample for testing. I am so upset. I had informed her that I had a similar issue a few months ago, and what was done for me at that time. It is like she ignored me or didn't care!!!! I told the doctor that I would be unable to visit another doctor because I was spending my $35.00 co pay here. I will never return to this office again!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Horrible visit

With chest pains and had it having a hard time breathing. Also sore throat and a little nicer. The doctor told me I had a sinus infection not sure what that has to do with my lungs. Didn't even do a strep test or chest x-ray very disappointed in this place I will never go back

Heed my warning! Go to ER instead!

Saw reviews but thought that they couldn't possibly be that bad. WRONG! WRONG! WRONG! Do not waste your time or money. Little fat receptionist lady with the short dark hair was unconcerned with my handicapped husband not being able to stand due to a pevious leg/foot injury (the reason he is handicapped) but yet couldn't sit due to pulling a back muscle. She said he could lean again the wall. I almost came unglued! She wouldn't put him in a room so he could lay because she said there were none available. There was only one patient back there! I know because I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours. So he laid on top of our car for 1.5 hrs. She needs to be fired. She was rude and should not have contact with the public. She definitely should not be the first person you speak to. Someone in another comment called her snippy. That's putting it lightly. Horrible individual that lady was. Just horribe. Drag yourself to the ER or another urgent care. This one was the worst! I wanted to leave but my husband said he was afraid if he did it would only prolong his misery starting over somewhere else.
