    Poor visit

My son had to have a preop physical done and this place was one of the few who would actually do it. I called and asked what I needed and lady told me. Said we did not need any appt. So we went down. When we got there I went in to get a wheelchair with a leg lift and she said the only wheelchair we have is missing a foot and does not have a leg lift. I had to hold his leg up the whole time. Then she asked me for a medical record. I told her I did not have one and no one told me I needed it. We waiting about 45 min to get in to see doc. There was one man in front of us the whole time. We got back to the room and they did not know how to prop up his leg. So we did it ourselves. The NURSE came in and did NOT have a coat on or scrubs. Did not look professional at all. He took vitals and left. It would be anotther half hour or so before we saw the doctor. He did not do anything but ask questions. Then said it would take a while to type up what we needed. We brought in a form and they could have used it to fill out while he asked questions. It took them another half hour to fill it out. Doctor even said he was not all sure what else they needed. I told him it was on the FORM I gave them. We then had to help ourselves out to the car and all they did was push the wheelchair since it had no wheels for the patient to use to wheel themselves. Very poor visit.
