This was probably one of the rudest facilities I have ever been too. My daughter was on a boat for most of the weekend and wore protection, sunscreen, sun glasses, etc. A day and a half after being back from her long boating weekend, her face swelled up to where her eyebrow was covering her eyes - affecting her vision. Her nose had no bridge - it was completely swelled all across her face, along with her cheeks/eyes/forehead. The doctor was rude and disrespectful. He was like 'why did you torture yourself like this'. Seriously, like she planned on this happening. She wore protection and applied sun screen multiple times each day. He also made other comments like 'your face isn't that swelled', and 'why are you here and not at your family doctor'. I had already explained to him that her family doctor was called prior to the visit there and they said to go to Urgent Care. Not a good experience at all, at least not with this doctor.
