    very disappointed

I have been to urgent three other times..this time was horrible. I had Dr Benniti and she was rude. She saw me a whole three minutes I was the only patient and first patient on Saturday april 4. I feel horrible still haven't felt better she gave me no directions on how to take or what kind of meds I was getting. She never touched me or checked me out never asked how or what was wrong ..I told her and she about bit my head off. if it was my first visit I would of never ever come back but I loved the other doctors. its a shame she ruined my easter! Tamika and the other nurse were very polite. thank you linda

    Poor Service

I went to Dr.Rousher for a work injury. He totally fumbled my workers comp paper work and basically has me fighting the claim with inaccurate information. I was first told he deals with workers comp claims then I was told he does not. His service is poor, his knowledge is immature in the medical field and he doesn't give a shit about his patients. I strongly advise you to go else where! Prima/Rousher is a joke!

    Very Disappointed

Just moved to Ohio and had to get 17 year old daughter a shot and physical for HS. She went into the room alone as I waited in the waiting room. She brought up another concern and the doctor said he was going to run a simple blood test on her. I walked with her to the lab, never saw the orders because it is sent online. A few weeks later I get a bill from the lab and the doctor ran almost $3000 worth of blood test. After insurance my part was over $500. Call the office and asked why I wasn't notified or told he was running extensive tests on her and not just a simple blood test. She is a minor and I was in the waiting room. She is perfectly healthy 17 year old, never had a health problem.
She went in for a shot and came out with a $700 medical bill. The practice finally called and said it was my fault for not going into the appointment with her or asking the lab what tests they were running. It never crossed my mind that he would run unnecessary blood tests and thought my 17 year old could handle getting a shot and physical without me in the room. On top of this she never received her school physical. The practice said they will not correct this mistake and to feel free to remove our family from their practice.
