    Terrible

I went there today (I had been before) and paid my copay. I waited in the exam room and then was told that my insurance was "invalid." Since I have had the same insurance for 17 years AND I just came from my chiropractors office with NO ISSUES, I knew my insurance was fine. I told the doctor that they should contact GHI and was told "we don't do that" and that I had to call. I tried calling but the GHI office was closed. I was told that I would have to pay and get reimbursed by GHI. I was pretty upset, since I was in pretty bad pain. I told them that I had just gone to another doctor and they had no problems with my insurance. I demanded to get the number to the GoHealth management office and she was reluctant to give it to me. I waited to get my copay back and was in pain. I was so upset and the doctor was so rude. The lady at the front desk was the only nice person there. The nurse was rude as well. They could not wait to get me out of there. I spent nearly 45 minutes to be told that they would not treat me unless I paid. Then was told by this rude young doctor, that she "didn't appreciate" how I spoke to her. The time I spent with her, she could have given me a prescription. I will not go there again. You are not human in these places. They treat you like an object. I ended up having an argument with another patient who should have minded her own business and was told by this young doctor that she was going to call the police on me!!!!!!! I can't believe what this health care system is becoming. Very depressing. I went home in pain, untreated and crying. NEVER AGAIN.
