    Miss Treated and Miss Diagnosed!!

I am very unhappy with the services from this facility. I went in with flu like symptoms and I was tested only for strept. I tested negative for it and the doctor on staff that night said "I think you have the flu." Meanwhile he never tested me for the flu and I was told to cover myself with vix vapor rub in order to ''sweat it out" also I was told to take tyenol for the fever (which I also didn't have) and the body aches (that I did have severly). Needless to say I was never percribed anything and they sent me on my way. Five 5 days later I found myself at the hospital because my symptoms DID NOT IMPROVE. It turns out I had acute bronchitis, that I had for a week prior to going to emergent care. Along with that because I was not treated with any antibiotics, my symptoms got worse and it turned into acute bronchitis and acute conjunctivitis because I was improperly teated and miss diagnosed for a viral infection. I will never step foot in such a facility where it seems that they only want to take your money as opposed to accutately treating pacients. Do yourself the favor and sit it out in the waiting room of a hospital like northern dutchess (which I was seen faster) at an accurate facility that is willing to help you get better, not scoot you out the door!!
