I took my two year old son here. I knew he had an ear infection and pink eye. I know that every ear infection and pink eye should not be treated with antibiotics but I knew my son that he needed it. We came to this urgent care since we were in Canada and needed to visit a dr. We drove an hour and forty minutes. Saw a physician assistant that said my son did not have an ear infection and that the pink eye would go away by itself. I insisted that he needed antibiotics and he refused to give it. Well...because of this non Dr. My son ear was SEVERELY infected as well as his eyes. I called and spoke with the office manager Andrew that said he would look into it and called 6 times he never picked up the phone or called back. This place should be shut down for malpractice!
