The staff was super caring and Dr. Monk listened and gave me a through evaluation. He took time to get to the root of the problem. I'm so glad I went there. The wait time was brief also. Woke up and booked an appointment online with ease. Staff checked me in was quickly making necessary changes and no wait. I sat in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes. My wait time was waiting on test results. The staff moved quickly when the results came back I could hear the timer and reading of the results. The doctor was professional.

Did wrong diagnosis. Staff who conducted Quick test said that strep throat test is positive and antibiotics should be started . On our request , same time culture test was also taken whose results showed negative result for strep throat.  Because of wrong diagnosis, antibiotics was taken for 2 days

I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

PA was attentive and explained what he was going to do and what to expect. He had a good bedside manner

The facility was extremely well run and clean. I waited a short time after making my appointment online and the staff were all friendly and took care of my questions and concerns. I left feeling better already.
