It was very amazing experience, everyone was nice and did amazing job, the wait room was and doctors room was clean and spacious good energy all around.

I’ve been to White Plains Urgent Care twice.The physicians are very thorough, professional and kind and answered all my questions. The staff is professional as well and the office and exam rooms are very clean.

Did wrong diagnosis. Staff who conducted Quick test said that strep throat test is positive and antibiotics should be started . On our request , same time culture test was also taken whose results showed negative result for strep throat.  Because of wrong diagnosis, antibiotics was taken for 2 days

Had a hard time making an appointment… most likely a result of high volume illness and New Years Eve/Day. Check in  easy Staff friendly, helpful

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

Great place the staff is so pleasant and helpful they explained everything that was wrong from start to end thanks so much .The wait time was only a few minutes check in process was very easy.The doctor on staff went above and beyond. I drove 20 min just to go there because they treat everyone like family

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

Urgently Care has made me consider making it my personal physician center. My doctors are in NY but for the past few years Urgent Care continues to deliver quality professional clean and Happy Staff. I am considering switching over because of the variety and quality service provided by the ENTIRE TEAM. Thanks again for helping me feel better walking out the door then how I felt going in.
