Urgently Care has made me consider making it my personal physician center. My doctors are in NY but for the past few years Urgent Care continues to deliver quality professional clean and Happy Staff. I am considering switching over because of the variety and quality service provided by the ENTIRE TEAM. Thanks again for helping me feel better walking out the door then how I felt going in. I’ve been to White Plains Urgent Care twice.The physicians are very thorough, professional and kind and answered all my questions. The staff is professional as well and the office and exam rooms are very clean.

I booked appointment online. No wait time. Pleasant staff and knowledgeable. Gave me what I needed to get better. Clean facility!

Came back from being on a trip and had a sore throat and headache. Got an appointment right away, and staff was very friendly and informative. I will continue going there as I feel I’m getting the best care. Thank you!!

Woke up and booked an appointment online with ease. Staff checked me in was quickly making necessary changes and no wait. I sat in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes. My wait time was waiting on test results. The staff moved quickly when the results came back I could hear the timer and reading of the results. The doctor was professional.

Friendly people, good service and great help!

Returning from a drive from Florida, with a raging sore throat. Easy scheduling an appointment for the next morning. I was seen within a few minutes, test for flu, strep and Covid, came up positive for Covid. We quickly arranged for medication prescription and off I went. Dr. Santana was perfectly professional and attentive. I would go back in a heartbeat!

The wait time was little to nothing. I was in the back and the nurse as well as doctor came in right after. I went around 6:50 pm so the office was empty and I was in and out. The doctor was helpful, he listened and made sure I left with no further questions.  Ultimately I’m satisfied, I’ll definitely go there and recommend their services.

The staff and doctor was very caring with our son who has special needs.

Had a low grade fever, soar throat, body ache. Went to urgent care. Tested for covid, flu & strep. They were all negative. They did perform tests but however they didn't explain what the problem was. She prescribed me meds for congestion and coughs. Overall, I wasn't really happy because I didn't know what was wrong with me. She told me that it was a virus. She didn't explain if it contagious or not.

I’m disappointed bc I went in and the doctor took a look at me for a few seconds checking my ears, mouth and lungs and sent me away with allergy medication for $40. I dont have allergies but I suppose it was the simplest diagnosis. My symptoms progressively got worse bc of this not being properly treated. I ended up taking some antibiotics which did help. Anyways, the doctor was too quick and not thorough in her examination. I personally would not recommend unless you do have allergies, but that wasn’t even diagnosed correctly.

Booked an appointment online, showed up 15 minutes before hand, they saw me almost instantly after I checked in, before my appointment time! Very friendly and caring staff that did the most to make me feel comfortable the whole time. My nurse/technician was Rich and he was the best to work with. Really liked this experience and will go back if needed.

I wasn't feeling well so I booked an appt online and was in and out very fast. I ended up having strep picked up my meds and on my way to feeling so much better. Great staff and easy location.

I walked in without appointment and after a short wait I was treated for my eye problem. The care i got was excellent the staff listened and was very friendly. highly recommend E.I.
