Well, to be honest I was a bit disappointed. I went online to search for a "podiatrist" for a same day, or next day appointment. Using my zip code, I searched for locations in which to see a podiatrist the same day...... Your location, which is just within three or four blocks from my home, came up. Bottom line is, I anticipated, and expected to see a board certified podiatrist... A doctor who "specializes in foot care!"

Great place the staff is so pleasant and helpful they explained everything that was wrong from start to end thanks so much .The wait time was only a few minutes check in process was very easy.The doctor on staff went above and beyond. My first time at the Physicians One located in Mamaroneck. Online appointment booking was easy. Receptionist was friendly. Ray gave an excellent throat culture! MaryAm, the PA, was knowledgeable and a good listener. I would return to this urgent care.

Urgently Care has made me consider making it my personal physician center. My doctors are in NY but for the past few years Urgent Care continues to deliver quality professional clean and Happy Staff. I am considering switching over because of the variety and quality service provided by the ENTIRE TEAM. Thanks again for helping me feel better walking out the door then how I felt going in. Woke up and booked an appointment online with ease. Staff checked me in was quickly making necessary changes and no wait. I sat in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes. My wait time was waiting on test results. The staff moved quickly when the results came back I could hear the timer and reading of the results. The doctor was professional.

Friendly people, good service and great help!

Returning from a drive from Florida, with a raging sore throat. Easy scheduling an appointment for the next morning. I was seen within a few minutes, test for flu, strep and Covid, came up positive for Covid. We quickly arranged for medication prescription and off I went. Dr. Santana was perfectly professional and attentive. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Came back from being on a trip and had a sore throat and headache. Got an appointment right away, and staff was very friendly and informative. I will continue going there as I feel I’m getting the best care. Thank you!!

The wait time was little to nothing. I was in the back and the nurse as well as doctor came in right after. I went around 6:50 pm so the office was empty and I was in and out. The doctor was helpful, he listened and made sure I left with no further questions.  Ultimately I’m satisfied, I’ll definitely go there and recommend their services.

I’ve been to White Plains Urgent Care twice.The physicians are very thorough, professional and kind and answered all my questions. The staff is professional as well and the office and exam rooms are very clean.
