Pulled up at time of appointment , nurse came out did my swab within 15-20 minutes . I had rapid and pcr done . I received a phone call with my rapid results not even 20 minutes later . Give them a break . One woman doing the swabs , friendly , professional and trying her best to do her job in a timely manner.

I've been coming here for years now. I have never experienced any issues any of the other comments have. I have seen people walk in with attitudes thinking they are in control but no one takes the time to be in the know and when the staff tries to indulge them with some knowledge they get all huffy. The girls at the desk are doing the best they can in a really tough situation they were so pleasant and so nice gave complete information. My only concern was that we were all going in for Covid testing and you had to login manually on an iPad that no one cleaned between patients. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer if you choose to use it. One patient walked in without a mask until she realized it - so the exposure level is probably very high.
