Had a hard time making an appointment… most likely a result of high volume illness and New Years Eve/Day. Check in  easy Staff friendly, helpful

I had an itchy eye on Wednesday and woke up Thursday with my eye red and seeping. I was a walk-in and two people were before me, both done quickly. Front desk admin was helpful, the app for check-in didn’t work and the PA said my eye was infected and called in a prescription to my pharmacy. Day three of meds my eye is still itchy, red and hurts but less than before. Waiting to see if I will be fully recovered soon.

It was very amazing experience, everyone was nice and did amazing job, the wait room was and doctors room was clean and spacious good energy all around.

Did wrong diagnosis. Staff who conducted Quick test said that strep throat test is positive and antibiotics should be started . On our request , same time culture test was also taken whose results showed negative result for strep throat.  Because of wrong diagnosis, antibiotics was taken for 2 days

Most pleasant and fast experience in the ER. Staff is nice & knowledgeable. Glad I found this place

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

Urgently Care has made me consider making it my personal physician center. My doctors are in NY but for the past few years Urgent Care continues to deliver quality professional clean and Happy Staff. I am considering switching over because of the variety and quality service provided by the ENTIRE TEAM. Thanks again for helping me feel better walking out the door then how I felt going in. Great place the staff is so pleasant and helpful they explained everything that was wrong from start to end thanks so much .The wait time was only a few minutes check in process was very easy.The doctor on staff went above and beyond. I drove 20 min just to go there because they treat everyone like family

Very quick process and very friendly.

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.
