turned away with an 18month old

I called this "urgent care" before going and was told that they will see patients until 6:30, it was 6:05. So i jumped in my car with my 18 month old daughter who was visibly ill and arrive at 6:23. I was told they were no longer seeing patients-sorry. I stated that I just called and was told that patients will be seen until 6:30, the response I got was "well, it almost is". They refused to see my daughter after stating that patients will be seen. I am incredible displeased with this facility they do a complete disservice to the name urgent care. Do not waist your valuable time going to see them, they don't care. If they cared they would have see my 18 month old. Oh and did i mention, there was no one waiting, they clearly were only worried about getting out of there on a Saturday night at 7, which is when they closed!!! and still wouldn't see her!

    Good experience at WorkFitMedical

4th in line upon arrival. About 35 min to get to counter for admission. My first time as patient so had to fill out 4 sheets of data, and then present ID and insurance info. Brief wait for doctor. Found exam room and facilities very clean and modern. Doctor was friendly, professional and efficient.

Use of nebulizer helped clear my breathing, and loosen phlegm causing the problem. Final paperwork and 2 prescriptions completed my visit and I left after about 2 hours total stay

    Unprepared and Incompetent

Stood in line for 20 minutes just to fill out paperwork, then waited 1.5 hours to be seen (with only 3 people in the waiting room) for flu like symptoms to be told they didn't have any flu swabs. Then was lied to and told that no other urgent care did either. Left and went to a nearby center and was tested (with a kit the facility had in stock) and called 2 other facilities that also had kits in stock. If you were unable to treat someone, you shouldn't also waste their time!
