presented with a bad chest cold, croupy cough, plugged ears
I visited the clinic with the above symptoms. I was given an antibiotic and cough syrup. Three days later, I was not feeling much better, and I passed out when I got up to get some tea. I had to go to the ER, and I have severe bronchitis, which the cough syrup I was prescribed did nothing for. The people in the clinic were very friendly, but I don't think the doctor listened to me about my symptoms. He said my lungs were clear, but I could hear myself gurgle when I breathed and didn't believe him. He has the nature about him of which you do not disagree with. I think he really missed the boat. I would have done better to drive the 70 miles to El Paso and an ER.
