I have been feeling sick since Wednesday. I was able to schedule an appointment and got in for 11:00 am. Wait time was a bit long but the services received outweighed the wait

Woke up very sick. Called but no openings. Had to book an appointment and wait the next day to be seen. Doctors and their assistants very attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend been seen here for more than 8 years.

The location was perfect, the facility was clean. All my questions were answered, and everyone was polite and helpful to would return and definitely recommend to my friends.

Easy to schedule, they had a same day appt and I was able to book right at 9 am, staff and PA were SO nice, PA was informative and friendly, with great bedside manner and advice. My only opportunity area for this Urgent Care would be to reduce the wait time. It took 40 minutes before I even saw the PA from when I arrived with the 9 am appt. And all together I was there 1 hour and 30 minutes. PA was new and learning the ropes and computer systems, but this waiting time (with an appt) should look to be shortened in the future.

Had a 10:30 appointment was seen around 11. Not bad. Out by 11:30  well taken care of.

Hello! Everyone friendly from the receptionist to the person that took my vitals. . Didn’t have a long wait. Alexandra Jean very attentive, patient and efficient. She and took my call when I called hours later about the medicine. Keep up the great work.

Excellent experience. Staff, cleanliness, explanation of tests and treatment.

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

booked on line which was very convenient and was taken in very quickly. Was diagnosed with upper respiratory and given meds. Thank you for helping me in my recovery.

I didn’t make an appointment in advanced but just walked in & the staff took me in right away, was able to help me with my issue, gave me the proper medications and were super friendly. 10/10 recommended

The Nurse Practitioner was very good, compassionate, knowledgable. She sat with me and explained what she had diagnosed. I would absolutely recommend her. I feel fortunate that she was there yesterday.

This is the first time ever that I’ve been able to be seen that quickly as a walk-in patient. I mean I was literally in & out like that!
