Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

My son woke up with a bad cough and his pediatrician couldn’t see him for 3 days. Typically my son is afraid of doctors, but the provider today was AMAZING. He made the exam fun for my son and made this our most positive doctor experience. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with little ones.

My daughter rolled her ankle yesterday, so we made an appt for the next day. They took us in quickly and were very friendly and accommodating. They had her x rayed and bandaged up and we were on our way. The dr was great also.

Just learned they preformed a pregnancy test on me without my knowledge or consent nor did they tell me the results of this test.  I was made aware on my insurance EOB from them billing my insurance company for it.  Absolutely unethical to be preforming tests without any knowledge or consent.

Easy to schedule, they had a same day appt and I was able to book right at 9 am, staff and PA were SO nice, PA was informative and friendly, with great bedside manner and advice. My only opportunity area for this Urgent Care would be to reduce the wait time. It took 40 minutes before I even saw the PA from when I arrived with the 9 am appt. And all together I was there 1 hour and 30 minutes. PA was new and learning the ropes and computer systems, but this waiting time (with an appt) should look to be shortened in the future.

Our family was stressed about the need to be tested for COVID-19 and from the time we walked into PM Pediatrics we knew we were in great hands. Highly recommended!

Looks like I seen a little blood under both locations in Cinnaminson and then had to run up to Willingboro to get an x-ray but I did notice they were blood underneath both of the examining room beds. Also, the doorhandles leading to the examination rooms going out were a little dirty, I clean for a living so I noticed things like this

I was a walk-in. Checking in was painless and my weight was not long. Everyone was very friendly I found the office to be clean and welcoming.

Everything about the visit was great

Walked in without an appointment so I can’t complain too much about the wait (about two hours). Desk employees, nurse, and NP were all very nice and had no issue answering all my questions. I would return.

Dr was exceptional. The front desk was very efficient
