The doctor the very unprofessional, snarky. And kept going on about my symptoms on what he “thinks” rather than facts, then gave me attitude over wanting a xray stating “if you want radiation then fine” when i asked about a full panel he acted as if it was coming out of his pocket to pay for me. This isnt the first time he has acted like this either. He does not seem like he wants to be there or deal with the patients. He also does not want to find out what is the cause of why someone is sick he rather just go off of what he thinks. Everyone else that was their nurses staffing besides the doctor they were all great!

Quick and professional. Doctor and nurse were amazing friendly and asked all the required questions. Great assessment. The front desk person however not very friendly and we’re talking about people calling in for their results, now I know why they called I couldn’t get into my portal to check my results but feel like I would be bother the front desk.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. An outstanding practice - in every way. Greeted when I walked in with an appointment. Helder Rebelo PA is an amazing practitioner. I've been in his care for over 20 some years. His staff is professional, courteous and wonderful. I would never think of going anywhere else when it comes to my primary health care. Am well into my 60's and no way would I go anywhere else for my first line of advice.
