Woke up with a sore throat. Went to your facility in Rockaway, NJ. I did not have an appointment but the wait time  was not terrible. I was treated in a kind and caring manner, prescribed meds and able to get back home quickly.

I didn’t make an appointment in advanced but just walked in & the staff took me in right away, was able to help me with my issue, gave me the proper medications and were super friendly. 10/10 recommended

Well, to be honest I was a bit disappointed. I went online to search for a "podiatrist" for a same day, or next day appointment. Using my zip code, I searched for locations in which to see a podiatrist the same day...... Your location, which is just within three or four blocks from my home, came up. Bottom line is, I anticipated, and expected to see a board certified podiatrist... A doctor who "specializes in foot care!"

The front desk staff this time was excellent as was the nurse, but the doctor / physician's assistant did not seem to actually listen, understand, or appropriately address the situation.

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

My first time at the Physicians One located in Mamaroneck. Online appointment booking was easy. Receptionist was friendly. Ray gave an excellent throat culture! MaryAm, the PA, was knowledgeable and a good listener. I would return to this urgent care.

Nurse was truly amazing listened carefully to all my concerns.

I’ve been to White Plains Urgent Care twice.The physicians are very thorough, professional and kind and answered all my questions. The staff is professional as well and the office and exam rooms are very clean.

Got an appointment quickly and was able to get in and out in 45 minutes. Attentive professionals.

Stopped in late on Thursday night. Unfortunately there were 7 people ahead of me but was able to schedule appointment for 8:30am the next morning. Did my paperwork online so all that was needed was a co-pay. 8:25 I was getting vitals and answering general information and I’m sorry I don’t remember her name but so very nice and sweet. Was brought to an exam room and by 8:45 Dr. Vincent confirmed my suspicions, ordered my medication and was able to take by 9:30. My very first time to an Urgent Care facility and I can say that the receptionist was kind and friendly, medical assistant was so sweet and knowledgeable and Dr. Vincent had a great bedside manner even though he stated it was a late night due to making sure all of those 7 patients were seen. Thank you all for making my 1st time visit easy!

Very quick process and very friendly.

I had an itchy eye on Wednesday and woke up Thursday with my eye red and seeping. I was a walk-in and two people were before me, both done quickly. Front desk admin was helpful, the app for check-in didn’t work and the PA said my eye was infected and called in a prescription to my pharmacy. Day three of meds my eye is still itchy, red and hurts but less than before. Waiting to see if I will be fully recovered soon.

Amazing care! Dr. Islam is so professional and knew exactly how to treat my symptoms.
