Staff is so rude
This was my second time taking my daughter to this location. Both times the staff at the front desk and the doctor were so rude. They talked me like I was uneducated and below them.

Mediocre at best
I guess if your child has an ear infection or strep throat, this place would do, but you will have to wait awhile (at least in between the hours of 6pm-8pm). Otherwise, if you want to advocate for your child, don't expect the doctors in this place to take your opinion into account. I was told at least 3 times by the doctor that he "works at Creighton and has over 20 years of experience." Dude, good for you, but I'm here for your professional help, not your resume. How about I bring up the fact that I birthed this child? The visit was absolutely worthless.
