    Wait Time

    Zero Care and Zero Compassion

My 23 year old daughter went to this urgent care, and ended up calling herself an ambulance to pick her up and take her to the Emergency room. They refused to look up her out of state Blue Cross insurance, and closed the clinic and left her alone and in pain in a cold, dark parking lot. Did not even wait for her to be picked up, or offer to let her wait inside the facility. The total lack of compassion displayed by the staff at this facility is completely beyond comprehension. Just go straight to the Emergency room if you really need care. I am appalled by what happened to my daughter. I did email the Ms. Pendola, who responded to other bad reviews on google, and that was over a month ago. I have heard nothing from her, so don't be fooled by her disingenuous concern. This outfit has one goal: make money.
