    Wait Time

    Bad Services

My son is a patient of Wendover Eagle Physician. Love them. Eagle Urgent care was the worst place I ever had to go to. Took my son over there because his face keep swelling up. I wait an hour just to be seen. There were other people that came in after I did and was seen and left. There excuse was that they had 2 emergency ok fine. But when 5 other people came in and went back before my son. That is so unexceptable. I don't want to say its a race thing, but we were the only black there and everyone that was call ahead of my son was not. There were about 4 people there when I walked in and 2 of them was waiting on people that was in the back being seen. The other ones were waiting to be seen. I do not appreciate the service I receive. If I had to wait an hour in an urgent care, I should have went to the ER, at least I knew what I was getting into. I would not recommend anyone to go to Eagles Urgent Care. The services SUCKS!!!!!!!!

    Great Experience

I went here this AM because I had been having itchy red eyes and thought I may have an infection. I was seen very quickly and the doctor was very kind and knowledgeable. I have been to this location two other times in the past and have been satisfied each time.

    Wait Time

Long wait time, rude staff, poor service.

I'm not sure exactly when I last visited this clinic, sometime early last year I believe. But either way, I would recommend that no individuals seeking prompt, courteous, or effective treatment ever attempt to visit this clinic. The staff is incredibly rude, the wait times get ridiculous, even by walk in clinic standards, and doctors will often have you undergo unnecessary testing simply so that you have to foot the bill.
