    Excellent care

I visited Urgent Care on June 5, July 24, August 21 and October 2 for UTIs. Each time I was seen within minutes of walking into the building. Each of the four employees who assisted me at all four of the visits were capable, kind and efficient. I want to particularly commend Kenneth Hite. He seemed genuinely interested in helping find a solution for my recent string of recurring UTIs. He was very knowledgeable about female UTIs, atrophy, treatment, etc. My experience with Urgent Care has been completely positive. Thank you!!

I'm glad that I went to see my primary doctor for a second opinion!

I am done with Prime Care in Holland! I went to get my left calf checked out for a blood clot and after a very minimum effort by the doctor that I saw, he sent me home with a list of back exercises and a very vague "it's muscular" diagnosis. I explained that I have a history of blood clots and I wasn't listened to AT ALL! I went to my primary doctor who did the appropriate tests and guess what I have? A freaking blood clot in my left calf. The doctor that I saw couldn't have been less interested in my well being. I'm so thankful for my family physician and the care that she takes with her patients!

    Happily served, with good results

I had a good experience at Urgent Care. With a high deductible insurance policy I chose urgent care rather than the emergency department. I was seen within 10 minutes, and the whole process took around 45 minutes including registration, bandaging and wound care, x ray, and discharge. I was pretty sure I had broken a bone, the xray confirmed it, and I went home with a boot and a pain prescription. Simple and straightforward.
