This was my second visit to this location.  I was happy to have the online scheduling option and the screen in the waiting room showing I needed to check in.  The staff is VERY friendly, prompt and courteous.   I have recommended this office to others and have been told they were glad they went there.  Thank you for opening one in our neighborhood.

The doctor was fine and efficient. The issue was the check in process that took 20 minutes. First, the receptionist took my license an insurance card and copied them. Then, I had to do an online check in on my phone that took 15 minutes to complete. This included taking pictures of my license and insurance card, which she had already done, and then filling out numerous repetitive questions. After completing the online registration, we sat and waited nearly another ten minutes. We were the only patients in the entire office. I asked herwhat the delay was, and she said she had to finish the registration.....So a half an hour for check in. Filling out a paper form would have taken less than five minutes. I probably won't return to this Urgent Care because of that. I just went to another one in town a few weeks ago, and the check in took less than five minutes.

The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. I am visiting relatives from out of state and was welcomed with a smile and staff resolved my issues quickly. Cleanliness of the facility, everything had its place and staff worked well together. Appointment scheduling is straightforward and easy. Staff was efficient. Provider was caring. He listened. Great experience.

The office staff were great! The only issue was a technical problem with trying to upload my insurance info through the online system they use, but the office staff were able to handle it on their end just fine, so it was just a minor hiccup. Everyone on staff was friendly and competent, and they were all wearing masks, which is a big positive in my book, especially since the concern I came in with was possible covid. Would definitely recommend.

Was very happy with the care given by Cinnamon.  She is very caring and thorough.   Was the 3rd time I was there.  Every visit was pleasant.  Yes, I would recommend Springfield Urgent Care.
