    Best care ever

    Excellent Excellent Excellent. I was discharged from the hospital and was told if I have any problems to come to the ER. Which I did and the problem was still there the nurse in the ER gave me the best advice she said, you can always go to an urgent care so that's what I did I was so glad the staff are so professional and sweet Dr. Parks and the other doctors are gems they nursed me back to health they really care about their patients Thank you so much Life Line I've told everyone to go there instead of the ER if you want care that's personal, compassionate, this is the place for you it's like a miniature hospital that's just for you

    Worst Care

    My daughter was not able to breathe so we decided to go to Express Care. We thought that she was having an asthma attack. The staff was excellent. On the other hand, the doctor acted like he did not care. The waiting room was not crowded. She waited at least a hour or more. I asked the doctor could he come in to see my daughter because her chest started to hurt along with difficulty in breathing. Quote: "He said, I will be in....I can only do one thing at a time or I will get confuse". He continued doing paperwork. I said something to the nurse and talked to the person at the front desk. Even the nurse asked can you please see the patient. He did not come into the exam room. We leave Express Care without any treatment. Also, there was a patient that came in after us who was seen before my daughter. I found out that she has bronchitis or pneumonia. I will take her to Express Care at Owings Mills to get an x-ray. If you need to help and you are sick do not go to Express Care in Randallstown, MD.

    Rude and Messed Up Billing

    On 08/18/2018 i received a bill from a auto accident I was in 1/20/2015. I called the 1877-615-6697 number on the bill and they said they do not do billing for that company. I then called the center and Harvey the man who answered the phone would not let me speak to anyone and told me oh well handle your business. I called back and as of right now on hold for 30 mind so far. This place is horrible and do not go there or you will get screwed with a bill that is not yours!!! Better Business Bureau will be notified of the rudeness and bad billing they have. I just called back 1 hour later and got Janice the so called office manager. Rude Rude Rude I tried explaining to her what was going on she told me I could not talk until she was finished with me. I tried 3 times to talk and she screamed at me not today and just hung up. I will now be going to the medical board against Dr. Edward Obazee and his rude staff.
