- Wait Time
on hold forever
They never answer the phone. This is the second time I've tried to make an appointment. Even though the automated voice says there are ZERO callers ahead, I have been on hold for over 20 minutes. I tried to call a few weeks ago and stayed on hold for almost an hour before I gave up and went to the emergency room (where I had to pay more for the same service).
