    No incorrect diagnosis

    If I could put negative five stars I would. Run away do not go to this facility by any means. Owner Margaret is completely incompetent in every sense of the way. Walked into the facility on August 13th with an incredibly bad headache as well as earache. The front desk trying to charge me a deductible when I already maxed out my out of pocket and in-network expenses period was promised that they would follow up on Monday and refund me back the money, once verified. Today august 25 still have not received my refund. United healthcare called them aswell. Never actually seen a doctor only a PA. The PA never even looked in my ears nose or throat period gave me Vicodin and antibiotics. Went to my primary two days later, and my doctor was horrified. I have a double ear infection and strep throat as well as a sinus infection. If the PA would have bothered to look into it my ears nose or throat they would have seen these things and give me the proper medication. I call to make a formal complaint and got the owner of the facility. She was the most incompetent fool I've ever spoke to in my life. I asked when I'm going to get my refund she didn't have a time frame.
