Set an evening appointment (same day) for pre-operative testing. Completed forms online. Service was amazing, from front office to tech/nurse to doctor. Highly recommend!

I have been to Lani City Urgent Care many times and have always been happy with the results especially this time. Nurse practitioner Dilpreet Gill examined and diagnosed me with appendicitis.  She gave me a referral to the ER and within the next few hours I was in surgery getting my appendix removed. I checked in pretty fast. Staff was nice. Waiting for the provider to see me took about 20-30 mins.

Went in for a physical as it was my first time in the office. I was seen by a resident Dr. She was literally in the room for less then 10 minutes. She asked the same questions over and over and wrote things down. Said she would be right back because she was going to talk to the other doctor. I waited for over 45 minutes and I had to go to the front desk to ask what was going on. I saw the resident doctor walk past the room because the door was left open and she walked out with a bag as if she was leaving for lunch or the day. One of the girls at the front desk was kind enough to go talk to the other doctor who l was actually supposed to see as i had scheduled with her. I heard the conversation which was basically print out the referral for blood work and that's it. The doctor didn't even come in the room to at least acknowledge me or apologize for the misunderstanding. Never will I go back here again. Especially being that I stated in the beginning if my appointment, I may be pregnant and basically had to demand a pregnancy test because they weren't going to offer it at all.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
