I had some pretty severe symptoms, but I was embarrassed of going to urgent care during my vacation. But when the pain became too much I went in and they definitely made me feel like it was the right choice. The serviceable was really quick and staff all around was really nice. I also love that they asked, a student could help instead of just bringing him in. I’m always a big fan of education, but I am a bigger fan of politeness. If I were sick again, this would be the first place d go every single time.

Recently I visited CityDoc with the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had. From the start the staff was patient, helpful and quick to get me through reception. Easy and a lot of time available. Nurse and nurse practitioner bed side wasn’t good this time. Never really had a bad experience until today. Just acted like they wanted out as fast as possible. Other practitioners I have seen were great just not today.

Went in for an STD screening and the nurse and doctor made me feel so uncomfortable. All I told the nurse was that I wanted to get the labs done, nothing else. She leaves and the doctor comes in and the first things she said is “i understand you think you may have been in contact with someone who’s infected”. I’m like I never said that. I just wanted to get tested. That was very rude. There was no need to assume that or ever put words in my mouth. Why I wanted to get tested is irrelevant especially if I didn’t say it on my own.
