I will definitely use this facility again! I got an appointment with 30 minutes of attempting, went immediately into a room upon my arrival, was seen within 1 minute of being in the room and got the care that I needed by kind and well-trained staff. This place is like no other medical care facility I have ever used.

Recently I visited CityDoc with the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had. From the start the staff was patient, helpful and quick to get me through reception. When I arrived I admit I wasn’t the easiest patient as all I wanted was someone to help ease my symptoms and help me feel better. The nurses were so friendly and helpful however the doctor needed to seriously improve his bedside manner. He was very curt and unconcerned.

They were efficient and I felt safe. They followed sanitary protocol. I did not have to wait too long. I highly recommend this place. It is not a pleasant experience when you're sick, but they made me feel comfortable.
