Procrastinated on going to my PCP during the week thinking my head and chest congestion would go away using OTC medicine, it turned into full blown sinu infection and I went on Saturaday morning hoping to get some relief. I made the appointment and completed all the paperwork on-line. Practically no waiting time and everyone I came into contact with was great! It was one of the best experiences I've ever had at an urgent care center. Highly reccomend this facility.

Recently I visited CityDoc with the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had. From the start the staff was patient, helpful and quick to get me through reception. When I arrived I admit I wasn’t the easiest patient as all I wanted was someone to help ease my symptoms and help me feel better. My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.
