I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

The staff was very kind. The facility was very clean. The IV experience was amazing.

Was experiencing a sore scratchy throat and some nausea. I walked in and was seen by Ashley.. She made my visit a very good experience. Check in is so convenient. The staff were great too.

Woke up this morning feeling sick as all out doors had to call out of work I made my appointment to get a iv infusion the service was great I will be back !!!!

Staff made me feel very dismissed with my concerns and how I was feeling and wrote off the weeks of illness I have been doing with. Bed side manner  needs a little work.

If I could give the bedside manner a 10 I would!

I thought I just had a sprain but evidently I fractured my foot. It was easy to make an appointment. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They took an X-ray and explained the results, then gave me a boot. I was in and out in less than an hour. I was very pleased with the experience.

Felt terrible in the morning but went to work anyway, found this clinic about 5 minutes away. Was able to book an appointment right away same day. Facility is new, clean, staff nice. Got in and out in about 30 minutes with a script waiting for me later that day. Would highly recommend this clinic.

I always have a great experience here. I scheduled an appointment this time instead of coming in as a walk-in. I was in and out pretty quickly

Visiting from out if town, but did not have a difficult time booking an appt, showed up early and were good about getting me in sooner, but did have a few patients ahead of me already. Overall was in and out relatively quickly without a lot of hassle, which being out of town and state and having tricare as insurance tends to have complications, but was handled well by reception and the online sign in portal

Everything was good. When you have to add your signature I did not know it was my code number. A little confusion.

Great staff. Very helpful and understanding! I would recommend if needing quick medical attention!

Was not pleased with the small prescription dosage that doctor gave me still have pain. I will not return to this facility again
