Both the front and back staff were friendly, and helpful. Both the waiting room and patient’s rooms were clean and inviting.  Dr. Shuker has an excellent bedside manner, he’s very knowledgeable and conducted a thorough exam. I wasn’t rushed during my appointment, treatment was discussed with me, and my questions were answered. I recommend Beacon Skin and Surgeries to all.

Wait time was very short  Valerie was a Great help with the check in process. Dr Toth was quick thorough and very helpful. Great experience!

On a trip and am from out of state. Driving by and it ended up to be an awesome choice . From the minute I stepped in, Betty got my check in started and I was quickly back for preliminary care with Kaurina. Then Jaime assessed me, got me a prescription and had me on my way! I had a horrible cough and headache, with sinus congestion. I was able to walk in, and be seen within minutes in a courteous and prompt manner. Diagnosis was sinus infection and my prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy immediately. The staff was friendly and caring.

Dropped a heavy container on my hand . Dr Goldman said nothing was broke but sending it to a radiologist. It’s painful but this was good news .

The doctor was fine and efficient. The issue was the check in process that took 20 minutes. First, the receptionist took my license an insurance card and copied them. Then, I had to do an online check in on my phone that took 15 minutes to complete. This included taking pictures of my license and insurance card, which she had already done, and then filling out numerous repetitive questions. After completing the online registration, we sat and waited nearly another ten minutes. We were the only patients in the entire office. I asked herwhat the delay was, and she said she had to finish the registration.....So a half an hour for check in. Filling out a paper form would have taken less than five minutes. I probably won't return to this Urgent Care because of that. I just went to another one in town a few weeks ago, and the check in took less than five minutes.

Everything was perfect. Very friendly and organized. Most importantly, they took care of my medical issue perfectly.
