I scheduled an appointment online without any problems.

I was here with my precious grandson and had no wait time. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The NP made my 18 mos. grandson feel at ease and he did not cry for the first time. She was very good with him.

Research indicates that women of color are always the recipient of sub par healthcare. So when I walk in here in pain, my expectations are already low but telling me that you don’t prescribe narcotics before me even checking in is a new low. Please educate your staff.   I’m not here to drug seek.  I’m here to get rid of the pain I have had for a week. This is why we don’t want to come in with an injury.  And why wasn’t the white man with back pain being advised only the same thing?   I won’t be back.  I don’t need to be judged.

I highly recommend this urgent care all the staff, nurses and doctor were very nice and helpful very gentle with my son.

While visiting from out of town my 5 year old started running a high fever and had a sore throat. Urgent care for kids in McKinney was amazing! They were so patient and kind, we were seen quickly. It was honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had taking any of my children to the doctor.

Dr.Lee was very kind and helpful with his advice on my ring finger and pinky finger that got hurt I felt alot better after my visit to the clinic and believe my fingers will be just fine. Thank you.

I needed to get a Covid Antigen test to return to work. Alexis & Norma were caring and quick. I will definitely come back in the future for other testing.

Several days cough got terribly worse. Went in early and got in pretty quick. Staff was professional and helpful. Nurse asked good questions and prescribed appropriate medications. Glad I went in. Am getting better. I go there when I need attention now.  5 stars.

My daughter woke up from her nap crying that her throat really hurt. So I googled Urgent Care facility near me and I was able to walk in and was in and out from check in to seeing the provider in an hour. Great place.

The only one issue that I had in the clinic with the constant smell of your perfume and flowery stuff that emits through the whole clinic As a registered nurse I found both the clinic the individuals the doctor the assistant and the front desk very professional and very comforting

I love City Doc. I have been a customer for YEARS and will continue to visit. You have friendly staff and great customer service, with the exception of the doctor that treated my son the last visit and me 2 visits ago. Same doctor. She under prescribed my son antibiotics for impetigo. I went to his pediatrician today after 3 days of antibiotics and it was getting worse each day. He said that he was taking 1/3 of what he needed to take for his weight. She also prescribed a nasal dosage of muprocin that my pharmacist said would have suffocated him. He was also in your system as a girl. I am pissed I watched him get worse for 3 days when he should have been getting better. She also, both visits, gave no eye contact, asked no questions and didn’t ask me if I had questions. Completely rushed and dismissive. I normally don’t complain or give bad reviews. I would love an apology.
