Just learned they preformed a pregnancy test on me without my knowledge or consent nor did they tell me the results of this test.  I was made aware on my insurance EOB from them billing my insurance company for it.  Absolutely unethical to be preforming tests without any knowledge or consent.

Made an appointment for 12:00 pm. I arrived 20 minutes early and was told they were running late by 45 minutes. Not a big deal since I’ve experienced this before.

Easy to schedule, they had a same day appt and I was able to book right at 9 am, staff and PA were SO nice, PA was informative and friendly, with great bedside manner and advice. My only opportunity area for this Urgent Care would be to reduce the wait time. It took 40 minutes before I even saw the PA from when I arrived with the 9 am appt. And all together I was there 1 hour and 30 minutes. PA was new and learning the ropes and computer systems, but this waiting time (with an appt) should look to be shortened in the future.

I was moving a couch with a neighbor and as we took it through the front door I misstep and hit my arm on the metal frame and ripped the skin off my arm. Needed to have it cleaned and bandaged.

The Nurse Practitioner was very good, compassionate, knowledgable. She sat with me and explained what she had diagnosed. I would absolutely recommend her. I feel fortunate that she was there yesterday.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Was able to get right in to see a staff member did not have to wait long. The staff listened and was empathetic to the fact that I was in pain. They called in the appropriate medication and got me out the door in a timely fashion.

My son woke up with a bad cough and his pediatrician couldn’t see him for 3 days. Typically my son is afraid of doctors, but the provider today was AMAZING. He made the exam fun for my son and made this our most positive doctor experience. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with little ones.
