I cant' say enough good things about this place. Needed to get in quickly as I am due to leave the county tomorrow for two weeks. I'd never been here before but they were showing same day appointments so I thought I'd give it a go. Very easy and slick, modern sign-up experience via mobile (far superior to legacy providers). Got an appointment for an less than an hour after I signed up. At the place, both the receptionist and the PA-C (Kayla) who saw me were super-friendly and extremely helpful. The facility is modern and clean. The exam was thorough and all my questions were answered. The procedures were very well explained, as were the costs (very transparent - first provider I've been to who could easily and quickly tell me my out of pocket costs based on my insurance). They even had the medication I needed right there in stock at a reasonable price so I didn't need to stop at the pharmacy. This is the best kept secret in Woodinville for healthcare right now. They didn't seem busy at all, which I hope is not a sign they aren't doing well. Give them a try!

I came in for urgent care. I ended up getting a leg brace. The crutches they tried to set me up with wouldn't adjust properly. It's ok because they would have been awkward to use them at work anyway. It would have been kinda nice to get a cane, but they didn't have any...but everything else went just fine,!

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

I returned to UC last Saturday, for a follow-up visit to remove my infected toenail. On my first visit, the previous Saturday, KC Pearce had given me antibiotics to bring the infection down before nail removal. KC and staff were FANTASTIC! Recommend designated providers for appointments & separate providers for walk-ins. Appointments are rarely on time , & because they bump walk-ins, the walk ins keep waiting & waiting & waiting - I’ve been twice to indigo in the last month & both times waited over 2 hours . It’s not a good system the way it is now. Or have appointments only at select locations, but both at the same place is a nightmare
