I had to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in first thing the next morning. Everyone was so extremely friendly, from being checked in to the very end getting my discharge papers. I never felt uncomfortable or uneasy asking for what i needed. 100% would recommend and if ever needed will return.

The staff at this Indigo Urgent Care are always so friendly and listen to all of my concerns. I’m autistic and can have a lot of difficulties going to the doctor, especially when it’s urgent so it’s nice to have a friendly/safer place to count on when unforeseen circumstances arise. I was helped by an RN or ARNP training today, I think her name was Lindsay Grahan. She did a great job and I’m very thankful for her help/support.

I had an issue that needed to be addressed quickly. I was very happy to get an appt right away when they opened. Staff was professional and very nice. Clean, quiet environment.

While every other urgent care within 10 miles had 2-4 hour wait times, I was able to make two immediate back to back appointments for my kids. When car troubles set us back 15 minutes, I called ahead and was treated with kindness and compassion. Both Dr. An and the person who checked us in were warm, welcoming, and took the time to listen to and speak with my children and not only me about their symptoms. I am so thankful to have found this clinic and highly recommend them!

I had a fall and thought I may have broken my wrist. Although I wasn’t able to get an appointment immediately, I arrived there early and they were able to see me before my scheduled time. The staff were great! They were friendly caring and professional. I am so grateful for the good care that I received! I would definitely recommend this  provider.

Woke up this morning in pain. I was able to make a virtual appointment and get seen within the hour. Staff was very friendly I wish it was always this way. Great team yesterday. Thank you Dr Jason.

I went in yesterday for a swollen leg. The lady with the red hair, who checked me in, was amazing! She was so kind and understanding. Then the two MA's who (one was a trainee) took my vitals, and went over my meds, were very kind as well. The PA who saw me was outstanding!!! He really listened to me! Explained my condition in a way that I could understand. Even told me important ways I could help improve my health. With his referral, I know I will help with my condition. Overall really felt cared for !! This clinic is the best!!🙏❤️

I was able to get in right away, zero wait time. It was incredible! And I’m so thankful I did, turned out to be very serious, including a hospitalization. So happy I didn’t have to wait anywhere else. Definitely returning only here in the future.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care
