Book an STD Test in Crocker, WA

The first person i spoke to to get checked in was somewhat rude in the sense that it seemed like she didn’t believe me. however when it was time to be seen by the dr and finish check in, the medical assistant was amazing in that process. the medical assistant with the brown hair is great. the dr was amazing as well and made me feel heard.

I got in very quickly! Everyone was kind, caring and very professional, thorough and efficient. I always receive the most excellent care there! My fav place to go for my basic medical needs!

I woke up with my eyes crusted over. Called indigo, Dustin and the first appointment they had was @ 5:15pm. I showed up 15 minutes early and waited in the Lobby for 30 minutes.

It was quick and easy to get my son into the urgent care, even though online it said they took walk ins, so I was able to make a same day appointment. Once there we were seen right away. We did have to get xrays and waited a long time to get results, but instead of answering any questions, staff did try to send us home with no answers or results. I had to persist for results and for some solutions to our incident.

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeably answered all questions. Appointment and billing were fast. Testing next day was on time and professional. Results available within 24 hours. Highly recommend.
