Sarah and Sohail were excellent. Sarah took various tests to determine what was the best treatment for me. I had a cold with Strep throat. I was suffering tremendously with congestion, coughing, along with losing my voice. As soon as she began treatment I felt a world of difference along with the injection that Sohail gave me. Highly recommend this urgent care. Very clean, very friendly. There was no wait time at all, and I made the appointment along with paper work on time.

Set up a last minute appt have covid testing since I wasn't feeling well. The staff came out quickly and administered the test quickly. Waited 15 minutes with a negative result. Now just waiting on my email with further results from the lab. Definitely would recommend.

Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. On April 23, 2019 I was a patient at this Urgent Care and was treated by PA Beatrice. I was given the utmost professional care. After treatment, Beatrice encouraged me to go directly to the ER because my situation could have been life threatening. I was very sick, however I was fortunate my critical tests came out negative at the ER. Throughout the week Beatrice had called my to see how I was doing which I consider going above and beyond. Again, the employees at this Urgent Care were not just knowledgeable, but had a human side of truly caring for the patients. This gives me great confidence in Jackson about the health care at this Urgent Care facility.
