I have been there twice with a broken foot, and a case of shingles, and was treated and released very quickly. Wonderful service! Also took my 100-year-old neighbor for sutures and he was treated very well. We had to wait a long time because we didn't have an on-line appointment, though.

Dr Jerry Lewis was great. He always put a smile on my face. He was very helpful with my diagnosis and explained everything throughly.

I have 2 children that are seen here and at the North Smithfield location. The Dr. and N.P. are awesome. My children have had X-rays and various labs completed. They are always friendly and efficient. I have never had to take my children to the E.R. because I have always been able to get same day appointments. All around these is a great pediatric group and I would highly recommend it any and everyone.

The wait was about 5-10 minutes. The physician Heather was so thorough and kind. She even called the next day to see how I was feeling. I would definitely recommend. The receptionist was also very friendly. I wish I knew her name.

I was recently referred to primary walk in by a family member and was pleasantly surprised with how well the front staff treated me. I met with a PA and Dr. Vafidis and couldn’t be happier with the level of care I received. The physicians and staff are extremely knowledgeable in their profession! This was my first visit to the facility and my experience, beginning with the receptionist, then to the nurse/medical assistant, then to the doctor was completely positive. Everyone was friendly, flexible, and attentive. Test results and scans were done quickly as were the test results. The Urgent Care facility is located within the MGH/Brigham Medical Center in Danvers making it convenient to have onsite testing.
