Came back to office from Friday appointment after being diagnosed with ear infection. Was getting no relief. Was more attentive to my issues and was given some ear drops to help. Hopefully!

Unfortunately this was a return from previous Saturday. Diagnosed as viral but symptoms continue. Today was prescribed an antibiotic, hopefully this will take care of it. I did not make an appointment. Staff was great. Only had about 45 minute wait.

This is the only place i go they are wonderful and very caring thank you 🙏

LOVE the staff here!! They are all super sweet and make me feel so uncomfortable as always. They got right to business and I was in and out so fast.

Everyone is friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurses to the provider. Attentive doctors that listen to concerns and provide detailed and helpful information. They take both physical and mental health into consideration.

Maybe more comfortable chairs in the waiting area.

When I arrived for treatment for a tick bite, I stood at the desk and the receptionist did not look up or even acknowledge me. I waited about one minute and then she said, “how can I help you?” in a monotone voice still not looking at me. She could not have been more disinterested in my existence. The wait was fine, about 15 minutes. The doctor on call was ok, but I felt she blew off my stomach issue that I was worried could be related to the tick bite. She also seemed rushed. I would have been better just waiting for an appointment with my regular doctor.  I would not recommend this place.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeably answered all questions. Appointment and billing were fast. Testing next day was on time and professional. Results available within 24 hours. Highly recommend.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
