Both the doctor and the nurse I saw were great, I feel like I was very well taken care of and heard, they alleviated my concerns, informed me clearly, and gave me a clear plan of action. I wish that doctor could be my primary care physician actually. It was awesome!

So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

Staff sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy

All staff were so friendly and kind. No waiting and they got me in and out in 10 minutes. They also took my Kaiser insurance saving me a 4 hour trip to the emergency/urgent care at the Kaiser facility.

First time here and everyone was super friendly and the facility is really clean. I decided to come here due to symptoms of a sinus infection. I love how easy it was to make an appt, especially same day! I also saw a sign that they take walk ins. Overall great experience!

When I arrived I saw that the parking lot was totally full and I had to park at Walgreens. I figured that I was going to be there for a long time. I was wrong. I was in and out with new meds in less then 40 mins.

Went in for a physical as it was my first time in the office. I was seen by a resident Dr. She was literally in the room for less then 10 minutes. She asked the same questions over and over and wrote things down. Said she would be right back because she was going to talk to the other doctor. I waited for over 45 minutes and I had to go to the front desk to ask what was going on. I saw the resident doctor walk past the room because the door was left open and she walked out with a bag as if she was leaving for lunch or the day. One of the girls at the front desk was kind enough to go talk to the other doctor who l was actually supposed to see as i had scheduled with her. I heard the conversation which was basically print out the referral for blood work and that's it. The doctor didn't even come in the room to at least acknowledge me or apologize for the misunderstanding. Never will I go back here again. Especially being that I stated in the beginning if my appointment, I may be pregnant and basically had to demand a pregnancy test because they weren't going to offer it at all.

Wait time was about 2 hours.  Still waiting on X-ray results.  Provider was very attentive and thorough.

I Could, Not Sleep For The past 3 days with a bad cough and fever and chest burning went in to urgent care doctor was excellent she took her time to talk to us my daughter took me.  Doctor was very good and prescribed the right medication to make me feel much better, I would definitely see this doctor again liked her 💯.
