The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

I woke up in the night with a terrible sinus infection and was able to schedule a visit first thing in the morning.  The check-in process couldn’t have been easier and the staff was both helpful and nice.  Very very thankful!!

Was experiencing a sore scratchy throat and some nausea. I walked in and was seen by Ashley.. She made my visit a very good experience. Check in is so convenient. The staff were great too.

Woke up with rash that was spreading. Original thought was poison ivy or oak. Called GP and could not get into see them until tomorrow. They recommended I go to Urgent Care. In and out easy. Rx written and now at home. Fast and easy. I will use them again.

This place was very helpful!  I will definitely return.  All staff was pleasant, informative and professional.  Better than the primary care doctor’s place.

Everything was good. When you have to add your signature I did not know it was my code number. A little confusion.

I was sick for over a week and misdiagnosed by another group.  John Davis and Sean listened to my concerns with care and professionalism and had me on my way with an accurate diagnosis and the medication to treat it.  What a blessing!

Our family’s PCP’s never have same-day appts available so we always go to this facility for our urgent care. Dr. Ishmael is always friendly and thorough. We haven’t had to experience long waits. We like that we can log in to secure an appt slot.

This is my favorite place to get care!

I recently visited Bellaire ER. The front desk ladies were very nice. My nurse Melissa went above and beyond to make me feel better. Lastly Dr. Quitanilla provide fast precise care to get me back on track and feeling better. Thank you all.

The doctor is awesome took her time and listen to my concerns and answered all my questions.
