Using the "Wait at Home" from NCH web site is extremely helpful so as not to have long wait times at clinic. Have visited quite a few times when my primary care doctor could not get me in at last minute. Professional, Friendly Staff and Caring & Concern are Excellent. Always first choice as far as urgent care due to convenience as well.

Excellent team player organization. Its a shame that someone that didn't do their job properly resulting in job termination would write a bad review. I am a patient at this facility and the team and Management is EXCELLENT!

Came in on a Sunday morning! Was greeted by a very nice receptionist Elsa. Dr Scheiner was very thorough and a nice bedside manner. I then met up with two other employees who also were very friendly. Jo and Precious. All Gals I came in contact were very nice. A very comfortable friendly atmosphere. Now waiting to get a call about getting a CT.
