Woke up very sick. Called but no openings. Had to book an appointment and wait the next day to be seen. Doctors and their assistants very attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend been seen here for more than 8 years.

Just learned they preformed a pregnancy test on me without my knowledge or consent nor did they tell me the results of this test.  I was made aware on my insurance EOB from them billing my insurance company for it.  Absolutely unethical to be preforming tests without any knowledge or consent.

No appointment. I walked in. No one ahead of me, so I was seen instantly. My discussionwith the doctor lasted about 5 minutes. It went downhill from there. I needed to go to the hospital, but was not given a choice of which one to go to. They sent all my records to their affiliate hospital, which is a hellhole. I'm still there 3 days later with no diagnosis, probably because I've rarely seen a doctor, and when they do come into my room, they spend less than 5 minutes here. I could go on and on, but this isn't a review of the hospital. The bottom line is this urgent care facility is just a pipeline to the subpar hospital. You're better off going elsewhere. I would not recommend this facility.

It was my first visit and I would highly recommend this as an alternative when your family doctor is unavailable. Great service and very professional. I was quite satisfied with my visit.

My daughter rolled her ankle yesterday, so we made an appt for the next day. They took us in quickly and were very friendly and accommodating. They had her x rayed and bandaged up and we were on our way. The dr was great also.

booked on line which was very convenient and was taken in very quickly. Was diagnosed with upper respiratory and given meds. Thank you for helping me in my recovery.

Our family was stressed about the need to be tested for COVID-19 and from the time we walked into PM Pediatrics we knew we were in great hands. Highly recommended!

Everything about the visit was great

My experience from the receptionist to seeing the doctor was quick and I was impressed with the overall competence and care I received. Very good experience for my first visit

Walked in without an appointment so I can’t complain too much about the wait (about two hours). Desk employees, nurse, and NP were all very nice and had no issue answering all my questions. I would return.
