Brita and Caroline the PA were amazing! They were very efficient. I love how clean the facility was. I would recommend these two ladies and your urgent care to anyone. I work in the medical field and I was very impressed. The only thing I would recommend would be wheel chair accessible doors. There should be a push button for entrance and exit. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10

I came in because of itching of upper body. I thought I was having an allergic reaction, the provider saw me for less than 5 minutes and gave me a medical diagnosis of yeast and prescription Nystatin. I felt that that was wrong so I went to my allergist and asked could she see me, she said I had it an infection on my back so she gave me told me not to use the Nystatin and gave me antibiotics steroids and some steroid cream for the inflammation. I had to paid the urgent care $45 for the visit office, then they charge my insurance $400 plus dollars but they didn't help me. I will add, I usually have decent service from this location, but not this time.

Friendly happy people, clean, fast, helpful. I showed up for a sport’s physical and forgot my card, they were willing to help in any way, took it over the phone for me. I appreciated that.

They were very nice and assuring! They were velvet good listeners and paid attention to my needs.

The whole staff was wonderful, very caring and quick prompt service.  I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.  I will definitely be going back if needed and I highly recommend. Thank you First Choice for taking such great care of me.

The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. I am visiting relatives from out of state and was welcomed with a smile and staff resolved my issues quickly. Cleanliness of the facility, everything had its place and staff worked well together. Dropped a heavy container on my hand . Dr Goldman said nothing was broke but sending it to a radiologist. It’s painful but this was good news .

The doctor was fine and efficient. The issue was the check in process that took 20 minutes. First, the receptionist took my license an insurance card and copied them. Then, I had to do an online check in on my phone that took 15 minutes to complete. This included taking pictures of my license and insurance card, which she had already done, and then filling out numerous repetitive questions. After completing the online registration, we sat and waited nearly another ten minutes. We were the only patients in the entire office. I asked herwhat the delay was, and she said she had to finish the registration.....So a half an hour for check in. Filling out a paper form would have taken less than five minutes. I probably won't return to this Urgent Care because of that. I just went to another one in town a few weeks ago, and the check in took less than five minutes.

I had a horrible cough and headache, with sinus congestion. I was able to walk in, and be seen within minutes in a courteous and prompt manner. Diagnosis was sinus infection and my prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy immediately. The staff was friendly and caring.
