Online scheduling was very easy. The staff is always caring, gentle and friendly with our daughter.  Definitely recommend this location!

I had a 5:15 appointment and when I checked in I was not told that the office was 90 minutes behind. I waited till 6pm and when asked I was told I was next. The next person taken was a walk in that arrived after me. I then waited until 6:50 to be taken back. Didn't leave until 7 pm. A two hour appointment with reservations is unacceptable especially since I was not told. My app was a follow up and I would have rescheduled given the information of the long wait. Better communication would be appreciated

This is our primary care facility. We love it from ability to get reasonably prompt appointments to friendly bedside manner, superb staff service, and high-quality care. Dr. Munoz (Ibrahim) is EXCEPTIONAL!.

I’ve been here 3 times this year for different issues. The doctor is thorough and explains everything well. She is a very caring person. I could go to a place that’s close to my house but I like Prima a lot more —I’ve seen the same doctor each time, they give you personal attention, and I’ve never had to wait more than about 10 minutes.

Arrived and checked in at 11:01am for my appointment which was at 11:00am. Every single walk in on the virtual waiting list went in before me (5 parties). I sat in the waiting room until just before 1pm (maybe 12:55 or so- im not exactly sure— my other time stamps are by texts i sent to my boyfriend updating him). I was then immediately greeted by a friendly tech in the exam room who took my vitals and started the testing appropriate for my problem. Then I sat in the exam room with no updates from 1:03pm until 1:57pm when the doctor finally came in. I was out the door with all my paperwork at 2:06pm. Why offer appointments when I’m going to be stuck in the clinic for 3+ hours anyway? I may as well have gone to the ER.

I needed to be seen late in the evening and was able to get an appointment almost immediately. There was little wait time, staff was verry pleasant and efficient and I saw the doctor right away. It was an excellent experience and I would use this urgent care again-highly recommended!

I accidentally sliced off the side of finger and they helped staunch the bleeding and reassured me that no further care was needed. Much better then going to the emergency room. Great and friendly care.

I was pleased that I could get an appointment the same day. Staff were friendly and compassionate Given medication to help with my pain at my visit. I would have like to have more explanation of my medication and my diagnosis. I had a hard time finding the place. Had to ask couple of people where it was located. Booked online . I haven’t seen my bill yet, so don’t know the cost. Checkin was very easy. Only 1 sheet of paper, to fill out. Did not ask about present medication, allergies or history, which I was surprised about. I had respiratory issues for longer than a week and come in to get checked out bc my pcp wait time was a bit long.  Scheduling was simple online along with uploading my documents.  When I arrived Maria took my vitals promptly.  My NP Catherine helped diagnose my issue exceptionally.  She listened to all my questions and answered them with care.  Maria took care of my nebulizer treatment and I was out with the scripts I needed.  Great experience.
