Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who quickly explained the paperwork to be filled out and within minutes of completing the paperwork I was escorted to a room and a nurse took my vitals. The PA was in quickly in to see me and examined my back and explained the meds he was going to prescribe for me and what I should do as far as rest and stretching. It was a very pleasant experience as much as it could be with the pain I was in. I would definitely recommend your clinic and if need be I will use you again. Thanks
