Recommend removing the statement 'walk ins welcome" as I tried to walk in on 07may and was told they were completely booked despite lack of patients in the waiting room.

I had been to Indigo in Federal Way before so since I have a bad cough with other symptoms and a very sore wrist from a fall I called them!  Everyone, from scheduling, sign in, Dr P. Singh, nursing, xray, all were very professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend them.

I was able to get in right away, zero wait time. It was incredible! And I’m so thankful I did, turned out to be very serious, including a hospitalization. So happy I didn’t have to wait anywhere else. Definitely returning only here in the future.

Had to wait a bit for my scheduled apointment, but was pleased by the care I recieved.

I came in for urgent care. I ended up getting a leg brace. The crutches they tried to set me up with wouldn't adjust properly. It's ok because they would have been awkward to use them at work anyway. It would have been kinda nice to get a cane, but they didn't have any...but everything else went just fine,!

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. The first person i spoke to to get checked in was somewhat rude in the sense that it seemed like she didn’t believe me. however when it was time to be seen by the dr and finish check in, the medical assistant was amazing in that process. the medical assistant with the brown hair is great. the dr was amazing as well and made me feel heard.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
