I made an appt 1/2 hr prior, I was taken early, treated well

Didn’t take the time to really look at my situation. Just put me on antibiotics and said If gets worse to go emergency room. It’s a Saturday and here I am at the emergency room and my situation is worse.

Woke with coughing and wheezing and hard to breathe. Got an appointment right away and medication to help me. Staff was very pleasant.

Woke up during the night feeling worse, and thought I should see someone. Looked up the urgent care that just opened up a week ago, and found I could make an appt online and be seen first thing this morning. Everyone was very nice, scheduling was simple, and I’d definitely go back in the future.
